Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for the TitleMax store in Lexington, SC. You will lead daily operations, coach a team, drive revenue, ensure compliance, and deliver world-class service to customers.

The role includes hands-on coaching and development programs, with executive exposure and a strong focus on performance and growth. You will manage staffing, training, and community engagement to maximize store success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ supervisory or leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of this position.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow the business.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build revenue through partnerships and events.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and laws.
• Oversee cash management, security, and loss prevention.
• Schedule staff to meet store needs and budgets.
