Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager for TitleMax in Waycross, GA. You will drive store performance, lead a team, and deliver world‑class customer service while managing daily operations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory/leadership experience in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team members to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and community events to drive growth.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and local/state laws; support audits.
• Oversee cash handling, security, and loss prevention; manage daily office operations.
• Schedule staff in line with budget and store needs; ensure full staffing.
• Handle complex customer situations with professionalism.
• Maintain store appearance and planograms; coordinate promotional materials.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
