Job summary

You will coach behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, drive sales through forecasting, manage the daily budget, and build a high-performing team. The role requires flexible scheduling and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and drives KPIs with leadership.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
