You will translate brand vision into store operations, drive profitable sales growth across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations and talent development to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach and develop your team, forecast and schedule, manage the store budget, and ensure all safety, compliance and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Analyzes results, identifies opportunities and makes decisions to drive key performance indicators.
• Drive profitable sales through forecasting and scheduling.
• Manages store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
