Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Travel may be required as part of multi-store responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Analyses results and drives KPIs with leadership to meet goals.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
