Qualifications

• 1 year retail, 6 months leadership experience is preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Proven problem solving skills and the ability to coach and delegate.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience both in-store and remotely.
• Act as Manager on Duty, adhering to policy and procedure.
• Ensure associates adhere to operational procedures and store plan.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate Associate coverage for all service areas.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff.
