Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty per company policy and procedures.
• Ensure store tasks align with store plans and priorities.
• Coach Associates and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Monitor opening/closing procedures and maintain safe store conditions.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist in shrink reduction goals.
