The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier for our Onalaska, WI store. This role alternates between Coordinator duties and leadership responsibilities, including acting as Manager on Duty and ensuring store operations run smoothly.

You will coach associates, uphold company policies, manage opening/closing procedures, and contribute to a positive customer experience while maintaining merchandise flow and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and validates performance of associates; provides feedback and direction.
• Maintains adherence to store policies, labor laws, and safety guidelines.
• Assists with merchandise flow and store operations as needed.
