Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Key Carrier at Sierra Store West Bend to lead and support store operations. This role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability including nights and weekends, delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to store policies.

You will help manage staff coverage, train team members, and ensure procedures and safety standards are followed while driving a positive shopping experience for customers at our Wisconsin location.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience.
• 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines.
• Provides coaching to Associates and supports training needs.
