Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to coach, delegate and follow up on multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Adhere to policies and procedures; maintain confidentiality.
• Act as Manager on Duty when required.
• Ensure associates follow operational procedures and store tasks.
• Provide coaching and feedback to associates.
• Support training needs with management.
