Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist in managing store operations and supervising staff in the absence of the General Manager. You will greet customers, resolve issues, maintain product knowledge, and help ensure loss prevention and safety across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in store operations and leadership.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage in the absence of managers.
• Strong product knowledge and customer issue resolution.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.
