Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage daily store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistants. You will lead staff, assist customers, and ensure smooth cashiering and merchandising processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, welcoming environment, executing pricing and stock updates, and supporting loss prevention and store initiatives with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• Must be able to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow procedures.
• Flexible hours and ability to work independently as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers throughout the store.
• Assist in supervising store operations in the absence of the General Manager/Assistant Managers.
• Open and close store procedures and ensure secure handling of cash and keys.
• Support loss prevention, safety programs, and internal audits.
• Maintain product knowledge and store layout; ensure price changes and labeling are accurate.
• Train and mentor associates; participate in store meetings and share merchandising ideas.
