Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist with daily store operations and lead staff in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Managers. You will ensure customer satisfaction, maintain product knowledge, and uphold store standards.

Responsibilities include supervising cashiers, managing inventory, supporting safety programs, and executing merchandising plans while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math operations (rates, ratios, percent).
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive representation of Ace Retail Group and proactively assist customers.
• Assist in managing store operations and staff under the direction of G/M and AMs.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, price changes, and housekeeping of sales floor and stockroom.
• Lead by example, train associates, participate in store meetings, and communicate merchandising or cost-control ideas to management.
