Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, training, and daily operations in Salem, NH. You will drive sales, supervise a team of sales associates, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand ethics and store standards.

You will lead training, promote DEIB, and maintain store presentation, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures, with a focus on delivering a positive, ethical shopping

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Lead by example in delivering world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our stands on Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, and Naked Packaging.
• Increase depth of product knowledge and consistently make informed recommendations for every need.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance and growth.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and valuing each employee's contributions.
