Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, open and close the store, analyze sales results, and lead training sessions to elevate customer experiences.

You will work closely with fellow leaders to maintain operational excellence, educate customers about our ethical beauty values, manage cash handling, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment for a diverse team and shopper

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard and coach sales team.
• Open and close the store; manage cash and deposits.
• Analyze sales results and adjust floor structure.
• Lead training sessions for Sales Ambassadors.
• Promote Lush brand values and community engagement initiatives.
• Educate customers on products and provide demos.
• Maintain clean, organized store and visuals.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and policies.
