Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Salem, NH seeks a Full Time Floor Leader for Rockingham Park. You will lead a team on the floor, drive sales, train staff, and uphold brand values in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach ambassadors, manage store operations, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while promoting skincare expertise and ethical practices. This role emphasizes teamwork, passion for beauty, and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in Spanish, French or other languages (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations, aiming to exceed daily sales targets.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments through store engagement and community events.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and grow the team.
• Support DEIB by promoting teamwork and recognizing each employee's contributions.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security, including deposits when required.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising, stock, and inventory with real-time adjustments based on sales.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.
