Job summary

Lush in Salem, NH is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Your day-to-day will be spent on the shop floor, guiding a team of Sales Ambassadors to meet goals, foster a positive, productive environment, and model the brand values of skincare, ethical buying, and 100% vegetarian products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving abilities in day-to-day operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and create an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve goals.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical positioning.
• Educate about skincare, products, and brand stories to boost conversions.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing, and daily store operations.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising to attract customers.
• Support inventory tasks and stock management on the floor.
• Foster DEIB in daily interactions and team collaboration.
