Job summary

Lush in Madison, WI is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader for the Madison-Hilldale Shopping Center. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach sales ambassadors, and drive an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards and operational excellence.

The role involves driving sales, opening/closing, inventory tasks, and promoting Lush values such as ethical sourcing. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; 30–39 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard insights and coach the sales team to meet or exceed goals.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our stance on ethical, vegan, and handmade cosmetics.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed recommendations across customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skill levels.
• Foster DEIB by encouraging open communication and ensuring inclusive teamwork.
