Job summary

Lush is seeking a Full Time Floor Leader to guide sales associates on the shop floor and support the Store Management Team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, drive sales, and uphold brand values on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include coaching, product demonstrations, cash handling, and maintaining merchandising standards while fostering a positive, produced-focused shop environment for customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service issues.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching based on StoreForce dashboard results.
• Lead and inspire sales associates to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Ensure cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, and inventory practices.
