Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor in Lynnwood. You will lead a team of Sales Associates, coach to exceed sales goals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding Lush values.

You will educate customers on our brand, ethics, and products, participate in training, and help create a fun, productive work environment that motivates staff and delights customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to analyze sales and provide feedback to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: coach the sales team using store metrics and adjust shop floor setup to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service, demonstrate products, and exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: articulate Lush values, advocate ethical sourcing, and engage customers through events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Development: train Sales Ambassadors, coach peers, and seek feedback for growth.
