Lush Cosmetics North America in Madison, WI is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. The role involves leading a team on the shop floor, driving sales, training staff, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Weekly hours are 20-29, with a focus on skincare expertise and ethical branding. You will manage cash handling, opening/closing, and staff development while educating customers about the brand values and sustainability.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard results and coach the sales team.
• Provide world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and at events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed product recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors; foster team growth and development.
• Promote DEIB and inclusive culture within the team.
• Cash handling, store opening/closing, cash reconciliation and deposits.
• Maintain visuals, merchandising and inventory accuracy.
