Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor with product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical policies in store and through events.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
