Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and model exceptional customer experiences. You will coach Team Members, manage openings and closings, and maintain product knowledge to support launches and restocks.

You will lead with empathy, motivate the team, and help build a cohesive, high-performing store environment. The role requires full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset, delivering warm, personalized service.
• As Sales Floor Captain, drive performance via zone management and coaching.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash accuracy, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling.
• Provide feedback and growth opportunities, encouraging learning agility.
• Assist onboarding and training of new Team Members; reinforce standards.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor changes.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs and drive results.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire a positive, inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
• Support daily action plans and shift recaps with leadership.
