Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisory role to drive daily results on the sales floor. You will model excellent customer experiences, coach Team Members, and support daily operations while embodying brand values.

You’ll lead shifts, manage zone performance, and ensure accurate cash handling and cleanliness. As a Supervisor, you will help training, product launches, restocks, and floor updates, collaborating with the leadership team to achieve KPIs and a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in retail.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset and deliver personalized service on the sales floor.
• Drive performance as Sales Floor Captain through zone management and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness are executed.
