Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor and lead moments that deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role models performance, fosters inclusivity, and supports daily operations, coaching Team Members, and ensuring brand standards are met across shifts.

You will manage zone performance, assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising, while guiding teams on product knowledge and launches.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to use sales data to improve team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a customer-obsessed mindset by delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and coaching.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations meet standards of excellence (opening/closing, cash handling, cleanliness).
• Coach team on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and enable learning moments to grow the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new team members and reinforce standards and brand values.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help achieve store KPIs and drive results with the team, tracking performance and celebrating wins.
• Partner with leaders to monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability.
• Communicate openly to inspire and build an inclusive culture.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and ownership.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with leadership.
