Job summary

SKIMS seeks a Supervisor to drive daily results on the sales floor, model exceptional customer experiences, and foster an inclusive, high performing team. You’ll support daily operations, coach teammates in the moment, and bring our brand values to life during each shift.

You’ll lead with a customer obsessed mindset, manage zones as Sales Floor Captain when assigned, uphold standards, and partner with leadership to hit KPIs while delivering merchandise knowledge and service that connects product

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related industry.
• Strong ability to lead by example and motivate a team in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data and feedback to improve team performance and drive business results.
• Must be able to stand and remain physically active during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead with customer obsessed mindset delivering warm, personalized service on the floor.
• When assigned as Sales Floor Captain, drive performance through zone management and team motivation.
• Ensure daily tasks and operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling, are executed.
• Coach Team Members on selling behaviors, product knowledge, and styling to meet customer needs.
• Support onboarding of new Team Members and reinforce brand standards and store policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help the leadership team achieve store KPIs and celebrate wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability through the day.
