Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to drive daily results and lead moments on the sales floor. You’ll coach Team Members, uphold brand values, and support daily operations, openings/closings, cash management, and store cleanliness to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your leadership will empower the team with product knowledge, selling skills, and proactive issue resolution while helping meet store KPIs and contribute to an inclusive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in retail.
• Passion for SKIMS brand and inclusivity.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a fast-paced team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use sales data to improve performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a Customer Obsessed mindset by delivering warm, intentional, and personalized service on the floor and modeling those behaviors for the team.
• Drive performance through zone management, coaching, and team motivation when assigned as Sales Floor Captain.
• Ensure daily tasks and priorities include cash management, opening/closing procedures, and store cleanliness.
• Coach Team Members on selling, product knowledge, and styling to connect features to customer needs.
• Provide feedback and support growth moments, encouraging Learning Agility within the team.
• Facilitate training and onboarding of new Team Members, upholding standards and policies.
• Maintain product knowledge and support launches, restocks, and floor updates.
• Help leadership achieve store KPIs, track sales, set goals, and celebrate wins.
• Monitor inventory, visual standards, and product availability throughout the day.
• Communicate openly to foster an inclusive culture and resolve customer issues with empathy.
• Support daily action plans, zone assignments, and shift recaps with Store and Assistant Leaders.
