• Supervise assigned department, overseeing store profitability by receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing inventory.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, leading by example.
• Collaborate with the store leadership team on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas of responsibility.
• Maintain company standards and policies; ensure employee adherence and resolve issues.
