Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our Store Leadership Team. You will provide leadership and direction to associate-level staff in an assigned area, ensuring excellent in-store customer experiences and adherence to company standards.

Providing duties include supervising daily operations, coaching teammates, and contributing to store profitability through efficient receiving, stocking, and processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience using a POS system and in-store technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day work of associate staff.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to associate-level team members to ensure efficient and effective operations and proper store procedures to support the overall customer experience in-store.
• Supervise department; help manage store profitability via receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Foster teamwork and high professional standards; lead by example.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies and standards for areas.
• Uphold company standards and resolve issues and errors.
