Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.
• Supervise assigned department to support store profitability through receiving, replenishing and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching, modeling professional behavior.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for areas of responsibility.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and resolve issues or errors.
