Qualifications

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
• Ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and in-store systems; good telephone skills.
• Effective communication with leadership, associates, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide direction, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.
• Supervise department responsibilities and manage store profitability through receiving, handling, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and coaching; lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards for assigned areas.
• Ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards; resolve problems or errors.
