Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while delivering an exceptional in-store experience in Charleston, SC.

The role is part of the store leadership team, focusing on customer experience, product presentation, and team performance. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays, with scheduling that requires weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Retail experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
