Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience in Charleston. You will drive daily sales, coach the team, and ensure store operations run smoothly on the sales floor.

As a Key Lead, you’ll manage opening/closing routines, product knowledge, visual displays, and loss prevention while embodying the brand culture and values. Previous retail leadership is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
