Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure exceptional in-store experiences. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, drive daily sales, and guide store operations on the floor as part of the leadership team.

You will open/close, manage POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, maintain product knowledge, and build visual displays while protecting assets and inventory. This role emphasizes customer focus and brand culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS / register systems.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
