Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly. You will drive customer experience and daily sales through leadership on the shop floor.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel orders, product knowledge, and visual displays, with opportunities for career growth and incentives based on performance.
