Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations smooth and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience. You’ll lead by example on sales, visuals, and daily routines on the floor.

You’ll open and close the store, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, coach the team, analyze reports, protect assets, and uphold brand culture and values. Availability on weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience is not required; leadership of groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
