Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure every customer enjoys a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving store performance on the floor.

You will execute opening and closing routines, operate the POS, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, build compelling displays, and analyze reports to inform decisions while protecting assets and representing the brand values.

• Opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
