Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and to support the floor leadership team on daily sales and store performance.

You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, guide opening/closing routines, and help manage omni-channel orders while keeping relationships with customers strong. Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines on the floor and POS.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
