Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You'll open and close routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI Channel orders, and maintain visual displays while applying product knowledge and brand standards. Availability Saturdays/Sundays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Drive sales with product knowledge and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and manage inventory.
