Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder in Jacksonville, FL to lead store operations, mentor team members and ensure a high level of customer service. You will open/close duties, uphold Rhone standards, and act as an ambassador for our brand.

• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and answering customer service questions.

• Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team members to report to store management.
• Deliver results while keeping the customer first with an omni-channel mindset.
• Build relationships with customers, team members and business partners.
• Educate customers on Rhone products and benefits.
