Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder to lead on the floor, champion the Rhone values, and open/close the store as needed. You’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience and act as an ambassador for the brand.

• Lead on the floor and be the point of contact for customer service and operations.
• Mentor teammates by setting an example for great customer experience and product knowledge.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team for management.
• Deliver results with a customer-first mindset and omni-channel approach.
• Build relationships with customers, teammates and partners.
• Be a Rhone product knowledge expert educating customers on features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor per Rhone visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving with company standards.
• Keep stockroom neat and organized.
• Take initiative and share ideas; demonstrate inclusivity.
