Responsibilities

• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and serving as the point of contact for customer service and operations.
• Mentor team members by modeling excellent customer experience and product knowledge.
• Deliver in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Foster and support a productive employee culture.
• Gather feedback from customers and team members and report to store management.
