Job summary

Rhone Apparel, Inc. is seeking a Retail Key Holder to lead on the floor, mentor staff, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will act as the ambassador for the brand, oversee store operations, and open/close the store as needed.

The role requires passion for fitness and healthy living, with responsibilities including team leadership, product knowledge, and maintaining store presentation in line with visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to mentor team members and set an example.
• Ability to handle omni-channel customer interactions.
• Willing to work 30+ hours per week including evenings and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor and be the point of contact for customer service and operations questions.
• Mentor team members and model excellent customer experience.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and recognition to Retail Sales Associates.
• Maintain presentation of the sales floor, product, signage, and displays to standards.
• Ensure shipping/receiving are processed per company standards.
• Maintain a neat, organized stockroom and assist with other tasks as needed.
