Rhone Apparel, Inc is seeking a Retail Key Holder to lead on the sales floor, coach teammates, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will apply Rhone’s values—Gritty, Responsible, Excellence, Authentic, and Team Centered—to everyday interactions.

You’ll mentor staff, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to a positive store culture while ensuring product knowledge and merchandising standards are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor, answer questions, and support store operations.
• Mentor team members with example-based coaching and feedback.
• Deliver omni-channel service and maintain Rhone merchandising standards.
• Build relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Educate customers on Rhone products and benefits.
• Ensure efficient shipping/receiving and neat stockroom organization.
