Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager to lead stylists, drive exceptional in-store and online service, and elevate the customer journey. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and partner with experience leaders to hit KPIs and deliver a standout brand experience.

You will champion product knowledge, oversee floor plans and fast-paced floor activity, and ensure the store reflects AllSaints’ bold aesthetics while maintaining safety and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on busy shop floor trading with stylists and ensuring smooth processes
• Lead stylist team, respond to first-line queries via emails, chats, and calls
• Partner with customer experience leads to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support
• Inspire customers and team with product knowledge across in-store and online channels
• Ensure best-in-class product displays and brand presentation at all times
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff deployment for daily success
• Collaborate with management to exceed targets and KPIs
• Handle people matters and conduct investigations or reviews as needed
• Create floor plans and rotas to set up the store for success
