Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager in the United States to lead a team of stylists on the shop floor and support the store leader in delivering an exceptional brand experience. You will drive customer service quality, coaching, and product knowledge to inspire shoppers and ensure sales targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Spend most time on busy shop floor trading with stylist teams and ensuring smooth processes.
• Provide leadership and support to stylist team members with customer queries across channels.
• Work with customer experience team to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
• Be an ambassador for our product to inspire customers and team.
• Ensure products are showcased and shelves reflect bestsellers.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and staff deployment.
• Collaborate with management to exceed targets and KPIs.
• Handle people matters like return-to-work interviews and investigations.
• Create floor plans and rotas to set up the day for success.
