Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager in the Houston area to support the store leader and manage a team of stylists. You will drive exceptional in-store and online service, coach staff, and maintain a high-energy, brand-focused environment.

You will oversee floor operations, lead daily routines, and collaborate with the customer experience team to meet KPIs. A passion for fashion and strong leadership will be essential to creating a standout AllSaints experience.

Responsibilities

Spend most time on the busy shop floor with stylist teams, ensuring best customer experience.
Lead and support stylist team with first line queries via online system.
Collaborate with customer experience leaders to manage KPIs and SLAs.
Inspire customers and team with product knowledge, both in-store and online.
Display products to maximize sales and brand impact, maintaining guidelines.
Oversee day-to-day operations and staff deployment to meet store targets.
Coordinate with management to exceed KPIs and handle people matters as needed.
Create floor plans and schedules to set the store up for daily success.
