AllSaints is seeking a motivated Floor Manager to support the store leader and manage a team of stylists, delivering an exceptional in-store and online brand experience. You will coach team members, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of service while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will lead on-floor activities, respond to first-line customer inquiries across channels, and work with the customer experience team to meet KPIs and SLAs.

• Spend most of the day on the busy shop floor, trading with stylist teams and ensuring smooth operations.
• Lead and support stylist team members with customer queries across product and orders via online systems.
• Collaborate with customer experience leads to manage KPIs and SLAs for online support.
• Inspire customers and teams with product knowledge to enhance both in-store and online experiences.
• Ensure products are showcased well and guidelines followed to deliver standout brand experiences.
• Oversee daily operations and deploy the team to maximize store performance and coaching.
• Coordinate with management to help exceed targets and KPIs.
• Handle people matters, investigations, performance and attendance reviews as needed.
• Create floor plans and rotas that set the store up for daily success.
