Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager to lead our Stylist team on our busy shop floor, driving daily targets, customer experience, and brand standards. You will manage people, schedules, and store visuals while coordinating with VM and senior management to achieve KPIs.

You will develop your leadership and business acumen, ensuring the right product placement and effective in-store communication to inspire customers and drive sales. This is a full-time hourly role with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team on busy shop floors.
• Ability to set targets, plan floor layouts and schedules.
• Strong focus on customer experience and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Stylists to meet daily targets and KPIs.
• Balance store operations with exceptional customer service on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with VM to showcase products and maintain brand standards.
• Plan rotas and floor plans to optimize staffing and sales.
• Monitor store performance and provide coaching to the team.
