Job summary

AllSaints is seeking a Floor Manager in the United States to energize and lead a dynamic Stylist team on the busy shop floor. You will balance store deadlines with daily operations while prioritising customers and the in-store experience.

You will set daily targets, review visuals, and react quickly to trade trends. You will supervise store operations under the ASM and SM, developing staff and driving high performance across our North America locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Stylist teams on the busy shop floor to ensure top customer experience and product knowledge.
• Set daily store targets and priorities, review visuals and trade trends.
• Plan rotas and floor plans to optimise space and product placement.
• Supervise daily operations under ASM/SM supervision and drive KPIs.
• Manage diverse team development, coaching and performance conversations.
• Collaborate with management to exceed store targets and ensure best practice.
